How it works

We use a simple 3-step process:

1. Submission

​​

Submission is quick and easy, this is how it works:

  • Choose your Submission Package and pay fee

  • Receive Email Confirmation

  • Submit work via your submission link

​

2. Review

​​

As soon as we receive your work, our reviewers will get hard to work providing a detailed review of your submission. This usually takes a maximum of 14 days. There are then two possibilities:

  • Acceptance for publication - your work needs no further revisions and is ready for publication in our journal, congratulations! 

  • Revisions required - if our reviewer feels your work needs some edits or changes, they’ll give you specific feedback on what’s required for you to resubmit your work. You can resubmit whenever you’re ready

3. Publication

​

Publication is where you see your work in print! How it works:

  • Our editors will add your submission to our upcoming journal

  • We will send you a digital copy of your journal! 

Transparent Pricing - Our Submission Packages

Our pricing is designed to ensure our reviewers are fairly compensated for their work, while also being affordable. We have two payment structures:

Guaranteed Publication*

For students looking to guarantee acceptance in the journal, our Guaranteed Publication offer is a fantastic choice. You will receive extensive feedback on your work and refine it for publication. Your payment includes an unlimited number of reviews, as well as your publication fee.

Guaranteed Publication: £200

​

*Guaranteed publication includes up to 9 months of unlimited feedback.

Pay-per Review

For students who don’t need additional guidance on publication, Pay-per-Review is our most cost-friendly option. You pay:

  • Review Fee (1 Review): £50

  • Publication Fee: £50

​

That means if your essay is accepted for publication on its first submission, the total fee will be half of the Guaranteed Publication offer.

Please note: If your first submission is not accepted, you will be required to pay for any future reviews. This ensures our professional reviewers are fairly compensated for their work.

Submission Guidelines

We welcome submissions from students in all disciplines, ranging from the sciences to the humanities. Articles must adhere to the following guidelines:

​

  • Length:

    • Recommended Length: 2,000 - 3,000 words

    • Maximum and Minimum Length: 1,000 - 4,000 words

  • Referencing: Harvard Referencing Style

  • Format: .docx file format

​​

Original Work: Submissions must be original, well-researched, and demonstrate critical thinking.

How to Submit

To submit your research article, click on one of the links below and follow the instructions. Ensure your document follows the formatting guidelines and includes your name, school, and a brief (150-word) abstract.
